Our main ethos is to provide a quality and good value service to you, the customer. Below you will find a simple form, please just take a minute to fill it in and we will be able to provide you with a guide price for our services. The price will then be confirmed at a site feasability meeting as required and whilst we do not like to consider ourselves like for like with part time draughtsmen, we will try to meet any similar quotation provided.
We do not add any hidden extra’s and we will guide you through the Design, Planning Permission and Building Regulations phases from inception to plans approval.
We can also assist throught the building stage if required and offer full project management facilities including quantity surveying and site inspections although this service is provided at an extra cost.
Our quoted price includes for the following :

Initial property assessment and scheme overview discussions with yourselves to ensure you are satisfied with our suggested proposals – NO Fee for this stage

Property survey and site measurement to then allow progression onto the production of planning permission or building regulations stage drawings – we will provide paper copies to the local authorities, yourselves and your appointed contractor/builder as necessary

All relevant forms relating to Planning Permission and Building Regulations stages submission filled out for you and we act as the agent taking all the stress and strain away

Ordnance Survey location plans – generally an extra cost from the council or third parties of approx £30 per application

Liason with the local authorities throughout the planning stages (approx eight weeks from submission) and any minor amendments that may be required to obtain approval – although we always consult with you to ensure any changes are satisfactory

Our quoted price will include for planning permission and building regulations submissions where relevant BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FEES. Should you not require planning services or building regulations services for whatever reason we will be able to offer a discounted price
