Working with trusted partners, we can also provide Full project management services including contractor appointment, tender analysis, quantity surveying duties and site inspections to ensure that you are getting the best quality construction possible.
We can quote for these services on an individual basis and are currently (Early 2011) working on a £500,000 major home extension scheme to name but one project (see the portfolio for the finished results) with a full time site presence and co-ordination of individual trades rather than a main contractor we are on track to provide the client with a £150,000 saving on quoted figures so please bear us in mind for your project.
